Jay's Steelhead
Saturday April 7th kicked off the 2012 charter season for Buckets Charter team, Capt Ken and Doug Mate with a bang! They were joined by Ray, John, Jay, Dean and Gene all from Pittsburgh, PA. The B3 team headed east fishing mostly inside waters on the lake. Before the they could spread lines fully they were hooking up on fish! Four quads and multiple doubles were reports all day! Congrats guys on the awesome trip!
Custom Pirate Spoons(combo’d with some experimental baits) stuck the majority of fish.
Color did not matter.
Covering the water column was key.
The crew finished the day boating 34 lakers out of exactly 50 bites!!!
