Erie Conditions not ready yet..

I have been getting alot of questions about Erie Steelhead fishing lately and I wanted to share some information. Although we had the super storm later October that brought alot of rain to the region, we did not see the steelhead run that we hoped. Yes there is fish in Erie but not thick enough to make trips if you are from afar.

Fish are thick through the Manchester hole into lower Elk but so are the fishermen. Reports are scattered that people are catching fish but for the most part fish not thick enough.

You can always trust our reports here at RF and we will tell you what you want. Hope for some rain to get fish moving and temperatures to drop to get them moving.
