Week 4 – Home Fish Fry Friday

Did a homemade fish fry yesterday! Best fry yet! And will be hard to beat!

Got a personal fryer last fall and haven’t used it yet. Worked great! I did some perch and put it will mashed potatoes and peas as the other side.

Fish: A+!!
Added some Cajun to the house Autry mix for a light taste.

Mashed potatoes are my favorite food ever in the history of the world.
Peas were peas taking away the +.

Tarter: B
Just store bought tarter from Heinz. I’m not Ted!

Fried fish for just a few minutes for light taste. I froze the Lake Erie perch last fall in water and that keeps em fresh once in the freezer a few months. Can’t beat perch and walleye from Erie for local fish.

Best part: Price! Had to be cheaper than a bar or restaurant! I had a lot of fish!
