Heading to OBX for a week and the weather is looking great. I plan on doing some surf fishing and the weather and all the reports look great.
Early reports show Red Fish, Spanish Mackrel are hitting strong around the point. I hope to get into some fish in way down in Nagshead where IM staying. IM not taking my truck for the first time in 3 years so I dont plan on driving to the surt any day but we do have a house right on the beach that I plan on getting some fishing in from the surf. Good news the Santiag Sportsman Club boys are staying in Buxton again all week that I am. If I dont get down to see them I plan on hearing lots of fishing reports.
Exited to get a way and relax. I’ve never been to the OBX this time of the year so IM interested to see what the fishing will be like.
