How to pimp my craw
Much soft plastic crawfish, chunks and creature-type baits do not come with antennae (feelers). You can add this realistic touch to your craw lures with a soft monofilament line and a sewing needle. Cut about 10inches offline of the spool, thread it through the needle, then insert the needle in the head of the lure and pull it through the top of the head sideways. If you wanted to use heavy enough line, you can probably paint it black, red or whatever color you want. This gives the bait more life likey look and action. The line should move and when the lure sits on the bottom and even when in the fishes mouth it will feel real. See the pic above as an example.
